Want to exchange an item for a preferred one or you simply want to return it? We'd gladly assist you.
If you're not satisfied with your product(s) or have spotted another you'd rather go for, you're required to send them to us within 3 days of receipt. Your item(s) no longer qualify for exchange or return after 3 days of receiving them. In order to qualify for a return, you'd have to provide your order number, and your product(s) must be unused and in a condition as same as initially received. It'll also have to be in its original package without any dents or marks, etc.
We'll typically assess your item(s) and then let you know your return or refund status before moving forward. Kindly note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Also, any costs associated with sending your items over to us or vice versa, will be borne by you.
In case of a refund, the return delivery cost will be deducted and your mobile money account will be credited with the remaining refund amount within 24hrs of confirming your refund status.
We do not offer returns on gift vouchers. If for some reason you're not satisfied with an item you purchased using a gift voucher, we will provide for you exchange options to choose from. You however will not be able to get a refund on that.
