We serve you from the MTN head office located at Ridge.
- On what days do you operate?
Our website runs and is open for orders from our clients everyday of the week. We however make deliveries from Monday - Friday. Orders made on weekends therefore get delivered on Monday.
- How do I place an order?
First select your required item from our list of product categories or enter item name into the search bar at the top of the page. Click on the item you want for more detail. Click "Add to cart". Move to your cart by clicking on the cart button at the right corner of the page. If satisfied with items in your cart, click on "Checkout" button and follow prompts to complete your order, otherwise click on "Continue Shopping" at bottom of page to add more items to your cart and return to checking out.
- What Items do you stock?
We stock a wide range of items from cereal and breakfast items to personal care, snacks and drinks, groceries, kitchen and household essentials, gift vouchers and a whole lot more. Check out our categories on our website for more detail.
- Do you allow refunds or exchange requests?
We like to offer our clients the best of service and will therefore typically start working on your order the same day we receive them so we're able to deliver by the next day at the latest if not close of day the same day. We however suggest an immediate update to our team as soon as you feel the need to make a change so a solution can be found quickly. If it's for everyday items we may be able to pass on, we will give you a refund within an hour of your request. If not, we'll provide an appropriate solution.
- How long does it take you to process an order before it is delivered?
This greatly depends on the volume of your order and the availability of items. We'd typically do a next day delivery at the latest. However, if your order is put through by noon and items are readily available, you'd have same day delivery.
- To where do you deliver?
At the moment, we deliver to areas within Accra and Tema only.
- Are your prices reliable?
We pick your items at the best prices between a wide range of suppliers. Our prices are therefore amongst the most competitive on the market.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We have integrated the Mobile Money payment system for easier payment through our website.
